Meredith’s story starts over 25 years ago when she first came to see Dr. Mohr. She was eager to improve her smile ahead of starting her career as a teacher but didn’t want to undergo orthodontics—she knew her students would be distracted by the “metal look.” Invisalign hadn’t been invented yet, so it was important to come up with a plan that met her needs both in the short and long term.
Dr. Mohr worked with her to establish a treatment plan that included placing eight veneers. Meredith remembers how he explained all of her options in simple terms and helped her feel confident going into the procedure. She ended up loving her vibrant new smile and was thrilled that the spaces between her teeth had disappeared.
Fast forward 25 years, and Meredith found herself sitting in Dr. Mohr’s office again. She had developed some gum recession, her teeth had rotated, and she wanted to know what could be done about them. In addition to discussing soft tissue grafting, Dr. Mohr was delighted to include Invisalign as a potential treatment option. However, Meredith liked how her veneers turned out, so she just wanted to update them.
This led Dr. Mohr to consult with his master ceramist to give Meredith a refreshed smile that looked even more natural. As you can see in the After photos, she was beyond happy with the outcome. Her case is a perfect example of how working with a highly trained and expert cosmetic dentist cannot only help you achieve the look you desire, but also give you flexibility in how you get to the finish line.
