By her own admission, Crystal’s teeth needed a lot of help. Several of her front teeth were obviously decayed, discolored, and misaligned, but she was hesitant to get the work she needed. In her words, she had “years of bad experiences” at the dentist when she went through braces, so she wasn’t exactly eager to go through what she thought would be a long, arduous process.

Dr. Mohr sees patients like Crystal all the time, ones who really want and could greatly benefit from cosmetic dentistry, but their past makes them nervous about actually going through with it. That’s why he and his team work so hard to cultivate a friendly, warm atmosphere in the office where everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed.

Upon meeting Crystal, Dr. Mohr was quickly able to put her concerns to rest. She felt listened to, and she was never pressured to get any treatment. Using mock-ups, he was able to show her how she might look after certain procedures, and they ultimately decided that a combination of veneers and porcelain crowns would give her the best results.

Today, Crystal is so happy she decided to finally get her teeth fixed, and she’s especially glad that she chose Dr. Mohr.
